Corrections
Automated legal summaries can be wrong. Reports that identify a concrete possible error are useful and encouraged.
Report an issue
Use the “Report a possible inaccuracy” link in the edition when possible. It identifies the court, case, docket, date, and source automatically.
You may also email corrections@gaappealsdigest.com until the publication mailbox is active. Include the case name, docket number, and what appears inaccurate or incomplete.
How reports are handled
- A report is reviewed against the official opinion when reasonably practicable.
- A materially inaccurate archived summary may be corrected or removed.
- A correction may be noted in a later edition when the error could meaningfully mislead readers.
- Not every difference in emphasis or wording will result in a correction.
Do not send confidential information, client documents, or requests for legal advice.
