Coverage and availability
No guarantee is made that every court posting will be captured, summarized, delivered, or delivered immediately. Coverage, filters, frequency, features, and pricing may change.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless canceled. Subscribers may cancel through the subscription-management link. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, charges already paid are not refundable.
Permitted use
A subscription is for the subscriber’s ordinary personal or internal business use. Republishing, reselling, scraping, or systematically redistributing the digest is not permitted without written authorization. Links to public court materials may be shared.

The publication is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from the publication will not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber during the preceding twelve months.
